Shipango Muteto is an accomplished executive, practitioner, and consultant in insurance, reinsurance, and marketing. With more than 40 years of practical experience, he specializes in insurance, inclusive insurance, reinsurance, risk management, business management, and insurance services marketing.

Agnes Chakonta serves as the Managing Director of Madison Life Insurance, bringing over 30 years of professional experience in Zambia’s insurance industry. She has demonstrated extensive leadership in the inclusive insurance sector.

Felicity Mwila serves as the Board Secretary of TAG. She is also the Office Manager for the Zambia Association of Pension Funds, a non-profit organization representing the interests of occupational pension schemes and the retirement industry in Zambia.

Lemmy Manje is a seasoned expert in inclusive finance, bringing over 25 years of professional experience. He currently serves as CEO and Founder of FinProbity Solutions, as well as Co-Founder and Technical Director for Inclusive Insurance at 365 Resilience Underwriting Agency.

Collins Moonga Hamusonde is the CEO of ZSIC Life PLC, a leading firm in life assurance, savings, wealth management, and pension fund administration in Zambia. He brings over 23 years of insurance industry experience, including 16 years in senior management roles.

Susan Chibanga is the CEO of Agora Microfinance, bringing over 15 years of leadership and accounting experience across sectors including financial services, construction, mining, and hospitality. She also serves as the Chair of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Zambia.

Edna Kalenga is the Director of Aerosky Insurance Brokers, bringing over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of senior positions within the insurance industry.

Michael Mbulo is an experienced professional in inclusive finance, with more than 25 years specializing in microfinance, rural finance, and agricultural finance. He currently serves as Board Chairperson for Medlink Services Limited and as a Board Director at Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco).

Brenda Mwanza serves as the Assistant Director of Financial Sector Development in the Financial Conduct Supervision Department at the Bank of Zambia. With more than 25 years of professional experience, she specializes in macroeconomic and financial sector analysis, policy development, and survey data analytics.
